Can I have a sample order or make a sample at first? And what’s the charge for it?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. We have to ask for a sample fee firstly but will return when we get your full container order.

What is your MOQ?
A: In general 50 pieces for each item, it depends on the product. We also accept small quantity orders.

What’s your lead time?
Sample needs 3-7days, mass production time needs 30-35 days for order quantity more than one full container.

What’s your standard of packing?

Cause we serve lots customer which most sales online.

We use a 250-pound carton for the mesh chair, a 300-pound carton for both the PU leather office chair and gaming chair.

What are your terms of payment?
The normal Payment term: 30%T/T as the deposit, balance 70%T/T paid on receipt copy of B/L. Other terms of payment such as Western Union, Paypal are also welcome for small orders.

How does your factory control quality?
Every link from raw material procurement to packaging has been inspected by a professional QC team. The product will be installed and tested before shipment.

Do you provide material samples?
Yes, we are exempt from providing material samples. You only need to pay the shipping cost. Samples of finished products can also be provided, and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order.

Can you put our logo on the product/ cartons?
We can put customers’ logos on products, logo materials available in fabric, cooper, stickers on the chairs. But we have MOQ order 1 container if need chair logo service. Cartons ship marks are also available for printing customers’ logos.

How to place an order?
Just send an inquiry to us of your request and then We will quote the price with your details. After checking the unit price & order details, payment terms, and delivery terms, we’ll make a proforma invoice for you to place the order and pay. Furthermore, a sample order is acceptable to us.
